How to make an exchange or return?
Term
- You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.
- Only items in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging will be accepted.
Return options
- Devolución
- Request it through our online form (order number and email address required).
- Once we receive and verify the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or, if you prefer, a voucher for the purchase price.
- Shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective product.
- Defective or damaged items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us using the form and attach images.
- In this case, Creaer assumes the return costs and the refund will be in full.
Important conditions
- No returns will be accepted outside the established period, nor will used, washed or unlabeled products be accepted.
- Returns not processed through the official form will not be accepted.
- Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is your responsibility.
- The refund or shipment of a new order will be made after quality control in the warehouse.
Management time
- The process of reviewing, refunding, or shipping a new product may take a few days from when we receive the package in the warehouse.
- We will keep you informed at every stage of the process.
